Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched shortly after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by FedEx with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

A purchased item can be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse return if it is not a standard item, such as, special frequency, power level or technical specification.


The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including duties and taxes if the item is imported. Returned products must be returned in original packaging and condition. If the products returned don’t come in the same packaging we reserve the right to increase restocking fee up to 25%.


All returns must go through our RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) department and RMA’s without the corresponding issued number may not be processed or significantly delayed.
